1. Sponsor
The Cinema Cash Night Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Eagle Theater Operating, LLC,

2. Eligibilty
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and
officers of Eagle Theater Operating, LLC, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void

3. Entry Period
The entry period for the October 2025 Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM (Central) on Monday,
September 15, 2025 and ends at approximately 7:30 PM (Central) on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Mail-in entries must be received by Friday, October 10, 2025 to be included in the October drawing.
Any entries received after that date will roll into the following month’s Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter
Paid Entry: Purchase entries online through Eagle Theater’s sweepstakes storefront or at the Streator
location point-of-sale. Each entry costs $5, or five entries may be purchased for $20. Limit of 20 entries
per person per Sweepstakes, whether paid or free.
No Purchase Necessary: Mail a handwritten postcard with your name, email, phone number, and
mailing address to: Cinema Cash Night Sweepstakes, c/o Eagle Theater Operating, LLC, P.O. Box
8564, Robinson, IL 62454. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per day, up to 20 total per Sweepstakes period.

Prize tiers depend on the total number of paid entries received: • 1–300 entries: $300 cash prize + 20
free movie passes • 301–399 entries: $400 cash prize + 35 free movie passes • 400+ entries: $500
cash prize + 45 free movie passes Presence Bonus: If the grand prize winner is present in the lobby or
inside any auditorium of the Streator theater at the time of the live drawing announcement, an
additional $100 bonus is awarded. If no one present qualifies, the bonus rolls over to the next month,
increasing by $100 until claimed. Free pass winners who are present at the drawing will also receive a
voucher for a medium popcorn in addition to their pass.

Winners are selected at random after the paid entry period closes on October 15, 2025. Names will be
announced in all auditoriums at the conclusion of the credits for each movie. Winners will also be
posted in the lobby and shared on the location’s Facebook page by approximately 10:00 PM that night.

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
8. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or other errors beyond its

Entrants agree that their name, email, and phone number may be used by Eagle Theater for purposes
of Sweepstakes administration and promotional communications. Data will not be sold to any third

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures
